The venues
The Ballroom
Amanyangyun's grand Ballroom allows for 150-seat receptions, conferences, weddings and special-occasion feasting with garden views through its magnificent floor-to-ceiling windows. Light-filled and stately, the venue can accommodate 224 seated guests for theatre-style events, and up to 250 guests standing for cocktail parties. The large outdoor terrace is the ideal pre-dinner reception area, surrounded by nature, while the entrance foyer serves as an inspiring setting for an arrival cocktail.
Antique Villa
Plan a dream wedding in one of the Ming and Qing Dynasty Antique Villas. Villa 17 features a large open-air courtyard and a spacious private dining room. The courtyard in Antique Villa 17 serves as an atmospheric dining venue for up to 30 guests and after-dark dinner cocktail receptions for up to 50.
Outdoor celebrations
Amidst a flourishing forest of camphor trees near a tranquil lake on the outskirts of Shanghai, Amanyangyun boasts vast exteriors and lavish gardens, rare features in this iconic metropolis city. Both the central lawn with the King Camphor Tree as a focal point, and the lakeside lawn provide coveted venues for outdoor weddings and celebrations.
Five restaurants
Exquisite cuisine is a signature of Amanyangyun, with talented chefs providing personalised menus for private dinners or grand banquets. Lazhu, the resort’s main dining room overlooks a bamboo grove, while seven private dining rooms (suited to more intimate occasions) offer serene garden views. Alternatively, Arva is the property’s lakeside restaurant, it can accommodate 100 seated guests, or 30 guests on its large central dining table.
Spa & Wellness Centre
An ultra-modern wellness destination with unrivalled facilities. Designed around a tranquil 640-square-metre courtyard, it offers ten spa treatment rooms (two double and eight single) and six relaxation lounges. Amanyangyun’s Spa Lounge is the ideal setting for an intimate special event. The Amanyangyun Spa & Wellness Centre is also available in its entirety for exclusive private events.
The Boardroom
Adjoining the Ballroom foyer is a fully equipped 20 seat boardroom, ideal for small functions and meetings. The 63-square-metre space is equipped with state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment.
